Appointments can be booked via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to notify us may result in a cancellation fee.
3. PaymentsPayments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We offer 12 months interest-free payment plans for eligible treatments.
4. RefundsRefunds are not provided for completed treatments unless there is a clinical issue that requires correction.
Deposits for certain treatments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Emergency CareEmergency appointments are available for both new and existing patients.
Priority is given based on the severity of the dental issue.
6. Patient ResponsibilitiesPatients must provide accurate medical and dental histories to ensure safe and effective treatment.
It is the patient’s responsibility to follow post-treatment care instructions provided by our team.
