  2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to notify us may result in a cancellation fee.
  
  3. Payments

• Payments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We offer 12 months interest-free payment plans for eligible treatments.
  
  4. Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for completed treatments unless there is a clinical issue that requires correction.

• Deposits for certain treatments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  
  5. Emergency Care

• Emergency appointments are available for both new and existing patients.

• Priority is given based on the severity of the dental issue.
  
  6. Patient Responsibilities

• Patients must provide accurate medical and dental histories to ensure safe and effective treatment.

• It is the patient’s responsibility to follow post-treatment care instructions provided by our team.
  
  7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy section).

• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
  
  8. Liability

• Dental Studio Cheltenham is not liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to follow post-treatment instructions or misuse of provided services/products.
  
  9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website or at the practice reception.
